Keeping Track for Achiever

Those strong in the StrengthsFinder talent theme of Achiever like to keep track of what they need to do by checking things off their list as they achieve. Those checklists can be on their phone, on sticky notes, in a notebook, or in any number of forms or fashions.

A map could be a checklist — if someone had specific locations they wanted to visit and kept track with pushpins on where they’ve been and where they want to go. They might put red pins on a map of where they want to go, and then replace them with green pins as soon as they get back from vacation to that very destination.

Checklists come in a variety of shapes and sizes. Your mileage may vary.
